The 20-City Composite index surged 3.95% YoY - the best annual gain since Dec 2018. Source: Bloomberg Phoenix, Seattle, Charlotte reported highest year-over-year gains among 19 cities surveyed. New York was the only major city to see MoM decline in home prices.
